Terms and Conditions
CRG Chess Academy reserves all right to change, deny or reschedule any class, both online and offline.
Governing law (jurisdiction): This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and any legal terms of the company lie in the State of Telangana (Hyderabad).
Termination: In the event that either CRG Chess Academy or the student/parent seeks to terminate the classes, they may do so by mutual consent so long as the Service Agreement has lapsed or has been terminated.
Intellectual Property (Limit Liability). CRG CHESS ACADEMY shall defend and indemnify its COACHES, employees against any and all liability, including costs, for infringement of any Indian letters patent, trademark, or copyright infringement, including costs, contained in the work product or documents.
Returns/Refunds and Cancellation Policy
- There will be no return of the fee once paid to the academy and there will be no cancellation of classes once booked with us.
Classes/Sessions once booked with us should be attended by the students and refund of the fee once paid may not be refunded.
